Change Management

We design and implement changes collaboratively with the management. We provide support for complex change projects including: Defining objectives, developing a methodology, involving the right people, communications planning, dealing with resistance, increasing change acceptance.

The scope reaches from smaller change projects in particular sub business units up to corporation-wide transformation processes.

 

Change Management is applicable e.g. when:
